Two weeks ago you could try the first part of the quiz about what football is called in different countries; today comes the second part, featuring another 14 countries.

Once you start the quiz, you’ll see countries in the left column and translations of the word “football” on the right. The task is the same as last time: match the country from the left column to the name in the right column. Some countries have an asterisk, which means the term was transliterated from another script into the Latin alphabet (according to Google Translate).

Even though there are 2 fewer countries this time, the quiz won’t be easier. On the contrary, you’ll see plenty of similar names where you’ll have to correctly sense the differences between the languages. In quizzes like this it’s better not to rush and to go step by step—from the clearest options to the questionable ones—but I guess you already know that.
